Impact Joinery is owned and run by Mark Marchbank, supported by a small team of experienced joiners and carpenters depending on the project. We work for homeowners, landlords and businesses, and we specialise in joinery, carpentry, bespoke cabinetry, kitchen installation and the finishing work that decides whether a room looks completed or merely filled.

Nine years on the tools teaches you where jobs go wrong: prices given without seeing the property, floors that were never levelled, and contractors who disappear when a door drops six months later. We built the way we work around avoiding all three. You get a site visit, a fixed price wherever the scope can be established, and a 12-month workmanship guarantee once the job is finished.

Mark quotes the job and stays accountable for it, and where plumbing, electrical or other specialist work is required we bring in qualified tradespeople and coordinate them, so you have one point of contact from the first phone call to the final tidy-up.

Our day-to-day working area runs from Cumbernauld through Glasgow and across the Central Belt, and we travel further into Scotland for larger projects. We take the same care on a single set of alcove shelves as on a full kitchen refit or a shop fit-out. Smaller jobs are how most customers meet us; the bigger ones tend to follow.
